We hope you have enjoyed your training with us at Verto. We are delighted to provide you with your Verto Certified User badge, which you can access by following the steps below.

Download
Please download your badge using the link below. Save to your local drive for use whenever you need it.
Step 2
Promote
Once downloaded, there are several ways to maximise the usage of your badge. We have included some helpful links to get you started:

Share your achievement within an email, or on social media, such as LinkedIn or X.

Publish
Or use the embedded code for sharing by other means, such as for use on your email signature or on your website.

Certificate
Your certificate will be emailed directly to you by the Verto Customer Success team. This can be printed or used electronically.
FAQs
Certification at this level is valid for 3 years, after which time you will need to speak to your Verto Customer Success representative book in a refresher course.
Your certificate is your official record of attending our certified Verto user training. The badge is the emblem you can use to promote your achievement.
Not officially, but Verto’s Customer Success team could locate the documents again for you if needed. Once we have passed on the details of your certificate and badge, you will be expected to download the assets to your local drive for use as you need.
We advise you to download, save and store your assets to your local drive in a logical folder so they are easily accessible when you next need them or would like to promote them.
Just email support@vertocloud.co.uk and one of the Customer Success team will be able to arrange for an updated certificate for you.
