We started with one council that knew they had saved £1m, but couldn’t prove it. Verto was created to fix that problem.

Claire brings 15 years of expertise in project management, driving change and implementing software and IT solutions across diverse sectors. At Verto, she leads the Client Delivery team, ensuring seamless system deployment and exceptional client outcomes.

Mel started her project management career in the financial sector, successfully delivering numerous high-profile banking infrastructure projects. She then took on a key leadership role in implementing Verto for her Local Authority. This experience led to her joining Verto in 2014, where she now leads the Client Support Services Team, ensuring exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships.

Natasha Osborne

Head of Client Success

Natasha brings over 12 years of experience in project management, engagement, and relationship management across a diverse range of sectors including financial services and the automotive industry. She joined in 2021, and now leads the Client Success team, responsible for cultivating successful client partnerships and ensuring Verto meets the specific goals of each organisation.

With two decades of experience in development and technical fields, Paul leads Verto's development team. He is responsible for integrating cutting-edge technologies and managing system integrations, turning Verto's vision into a technical reality while emphasising the strategic use of AI.
