This policy outlines the standards and rules for using the Verto Service. By accessing or using the Verto Service, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with the terms set out below.

To ensure a safe and secure experience for all, users must refrain from the following activities:

2.1. Unauthorised Access

• • Accessing, tampering with, or use non-public areas of the Verto Service

  • Using methods such as “scraping” or other unsupported techniques to access or search the Verto Service

  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems or attempt to bypass any security measures without prior agreement

2.2. Disruption of Service

• • Interfering with or disrupting our infrastructure, systems, or networks

  • Sending harmful content such as viruses or engaging in activities like overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the Service

  • Attempting to manipulate artificial intelligence (AI) models in ways that violate these terms or bypass safety measures

3. Prohibited Activities on the Service

Users are not permitted to use the Service for any of the following purposes:

• Sending unsolicited communications, advertisements, promotions, or spam.
• Publishing or sharing malicious content.
• Engaging in disinformation, deception, or fraudulent activities.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with someone else (e.g., "spoofing" or "phishing").
• Participating in activities that are defamatory, libellous, threatening, hateful, harassing, or stalking in nature.
• Violating any applicable laws or infringing on the rights of others (e.g., publishing someone’s confidential information without their explicit consent).
• Promoting or advertising products/services other than your own without proper authorisation.

4. User Content Guidelines

When posting content on our platform, users must ensure it does not:

• Contain anything deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, pornographic (including child pornography), or otherwise harmful (such content will be removed and reported to law enforcement).

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as being created by humans.

• Criticise others based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.

• Include personal information about minors under 16 years of age.

• Share sensitive personal data (e.g., financial details or health information) without our prior written consent as part of a Customer Agreement.

• Contain harmful elements such as viruses, bots, worms, or similar materials.

• Include information you are not legally entitled to share (e.g., due to contractual obligations)

5. Consequences of Policy Violations

If we reasonably believe that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy—or is likely to do so in a way that disrupts our Service for other users—we reserve the right to take action. This may include suspending or terminating your access to the Service without liability on our part and pursuing any other remedies available to us.
