After almost 20 years working with the UK public sector, helping 100+ clients in some of the most progressive organisations, we know that no two PPM solutions looks the same. 

There are several ways to purchase from Verto - including G-Cloud 14, TePAS 2 and Direct Award. We also work with several market-leading partners, which enable you to purchase through alternative frameworks. 

Pricing Model

Every Verto agreement is made up of a license fee and a platform fee. Together they form your annual cost.

User License

This covers access to the platform for your team use day-to-day. Scales with how many people are accessing the platform and which modules you switch on.

As well as the full user license, we also offer a Verto Workspace license, designed for broader organisational access, enabling anyone to complete everyday tasks edit assignments and collaborate on shared work activities.

Platform Fee

This covers access to the Verto Platform and includes everything we do behind the scenes to keep Verto running smoothly. Hosting, security, updates, support, and the rest.

The Platform Fee includes access to Verto Intelligence, an AI-powered automation suite, designed by Verto, to provide AI-driven insights to analyse project risks, optimise resources, and automate administrative tasks.

What impacts your annual fee?

Your annual fee is made up of a platform fee and your user licenses.

You only pay for what you need and your Account Director will talk you through every line item on your quote.

Your total cost depends on the following:

 

Number of full licensed users on the platform
Number of Workspace users on the platform
Verto modules you choose to switch on
Contract term - from 1-3 years
Any optional add-ons, such as reporting days or integrations.

How to Buy Verto

There are three paths that UK public sector organisations use to purchase Verto. You select the one that suits you best, and we ensure that procurement is efficient & speedy.

G-Cloud 14

Lot 2 – Cloud Software

Verto is listed as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution on the G‑Cloud 14 framework via the Digital Marketplace. You will find Verto under Lot 2: Cloud Software. This enables a fast, fully compliant call‑off in line with Cabinet Office guidance, no separate tender required. 

TePAS 2 Framework

Technology Products & Services 2

Verto is available via the TePAS 2 framework through our established partner relationships, offering a compliant alternative route where TePAS is your preferred vehicle for technology and digital solutions. Speak to your Verto contact to confirm availability and the right call-off mechanism.

Direct Award

Flexible Contracting

Not constrained to a framework? You can contract directly with Verto. Our team will work with you to structure a commercial arrangement that fits your procurement requirements, timelines, and governance process, including support for any waiver documentation where required.

Throughout the entire process, you have one person who will work with you, your Account Director. They will ensure you have everything you need to manage your procurement process, and ensure you get exactly what you need from us. The process includes:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

We don't run trials, but we do offer a strategic PPM workshop for qualifying organisations. Ask about it on your scoping call.

What is the minimum contract length?

12 months is our minimum, but most of our agreements run for three years. 

Can we add new users partway through?

Yes, you can add full users or workspace users at any time for the duration of your contract. New users are pro-rated from the day they are added. 

What happens at renewal?

We'll get in touch 90 days before your contract ends with a renewal proposal. No automatic uplifts and no surprises.

Is training included?

Yes, as part of the implementation we offer training for admins, users and Workspace users. At any time during the contract, you can purchase additional training from your Customer Success Manager. 

Do you help with migration?

Yes, this is one of the largest concerns new clients have. We make sure that all existing project, programme and portfolio data is transferred into Verto, using our one-click AI solution. 

Why don't you publish pricing?

Because the right number for you depends on your team size, the modules you actually need, and how you want to roll it out. Publishing a fixed price would either overcharge smaller setups or undersell what bigger teams really get. A scoping call takes 20 minutes and gives you something accurate.
