Verto Announces New Release: New Enhancements Help Teams Plan, Resource and Deliver More Effectively

London, Monday 20^th July 2026 - Verto is pleased to announce their latest platform release, introducing a range of enhancements designed to improve accessibility, planning, resource management and overall user experience.

A key highlight of this release is the launch of new Microsoft Planner import and integration capabilities, making it easier for organisations to bring plans into Verto. Users can now either perform a one-time migration from Planner using an Excel file or import plans directly from Microsoft Planner into Verto, reducing manual effort and creating a more seamless planning experience.

The release also delivers a series of Gantt chart enhancements, including inline editing and improved planning controls that make access, creation and management of plans more efficient by using fewer clicks and less navigation. Alongside this, new resource management improvements provide greater visibility of resource demand within the Resource Request Summary table, new actual time recording functionality against allocated time and now a complete view of resource demand within the heatmap shows clearer utilisation of those awaiting approval alongside approved resource. All these improvements dramatically help teams identify capacity constraints and make more informed resourcing decisions.

As part of Verto's ongoing commitment to accessibility, this release includes several updates aligned to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), enhancing the usability and consistency of buttons, icons and user interface elements across the platform.

Additional updates include enhanced Change History views within tables or timeline formats, more flexible free text field configuration gives system administrators more control on how free text fields are presented to their Verto users, and a fix for dashboard template categorisation, ensuring users can organise and filter dashboard templates as expected.

Together, these enhancements help teams work more effectively, reduce administrative effort and gain even more value from Verto.
