Training
We provide full onsite training for Verto administrators and PMO staff using our own experienced client services team. Our trainers typically provide a train the trainer service but can also provide end user courses if required. We supply comprehensive documentation and user forums for clients.
Help & advice
We can offer invaluable help and advice gained through our years of experience working with many different customers. You can also benefit from collaboration with other clients, gaining useful insights and learned lessons through user groups, regional collaboration and forums.
Hosting
Verto is a hosted SaaS solution, which we provide and maintain from a Tier 3 data centre, based in the UK. Verto can also be self-hosted if required. Full technical details are available on request.
Helpdesk support
Our expert team is on-hand to help you with support between 8:30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. To raise a ticket, please email support.
